Danfoss Thermal overload relay TI 9C-5 is used with mini-contactor CI 5 – for protection of squirrel cage motors where compactness is required. The relay have single – phase protection, i.e. accelerated release if phase drop-out occurs.
This is particularly important for motors with delta connected windings.
