Online orders are despatched via DHL or Royal Mail who will deliver to your stated delivery address between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Our freight charges are as stated above and do also include all the packaging materials, tape, labelling and our time taking the parcels to the post office/courier/parking etc. Your parcels are packed and despatched with care.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “View Basket” and follow to "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Shipping And Handling
Our standard carriage charge is £7.30 (UK mainland), timed delivery, highlands and overseas delivery charges are extra. See Delivery Rates. We reserve the right to charge for extremely heavy or bulky items that are difficult to transport. If you have any queries about carriage arrangements please call us.
Delivery Schedule
All items are usually shipped "Same Day" unless otherwise stated. We aim to despatch stock items same day if ordered before 3.00pm
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put the product on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. Orders made by overseas persons are VAT free.

Cancellation
The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by M&M Controls, M&M Controls may, at its discretion and in writing, allow an order to be cancelled subject to M&M Controls recovering from the Customer the costs incurred by M&M Controls. In the event of cancellation of part of any order only, M&M Controls may invoice the Customer any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity actually despatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered.
Returns / Refunds Procedure
The customer may only return products to M&M Controls, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
1- The Customer must contact M&M Controls prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior consent of M&M Controls and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork)
2- Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Products must be returned to M&M Controls in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Products must be returned to M&M Controls adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: CUSTOMER RETURNS DEPARTMENT, M&M Controls | Unit 17 & 18, Barnes Wallis Way, Roundhouse Court, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire - UK PR7 7JN.
3- The Customer must quote the invoice details or the M&M Controls reference number from the original despatch note, otherwise any credit given for the returned products will be based upon the lowest sales price; and
4- For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with 1 - 3 above a handling charge will be applied. 5- Where the Customer returns products to M&M Controls not in accordance with 1 - 3 above (for example, after 30-days from the date of despatch or in an unfit state) M&M Controls will refuse delivery and return the products at the Customer's expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing.
This returns policy excludes calibrated products, non-stock stated products, extended range products and specially manufactured products. M&M Controls accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to M&M Controls or for any items received by M&M Controls with them.
Credit Card Security
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to Worldpay are encapsulated using WorldPay encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL. Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. Solenoid valves for combustion system pilot, main line fuel shut-off & control.
This range of high quality single stage gas valves is suitable for use in the most strenuous of applications. All valves are tested and certified to the European Standard ENE161 as Class /lA/I. The valves have the additional benefit of being rated to IP65 thus allowing their use in dirty and wet environments. All valves are fitted with an internal strainer to prevent the ingress of foreign matter.

EVP DN20 - DN100 Gas Solenoid Valve
The solenoid valves model EVP/NC are gas interception automatic normally closed solenoid valves that open when the coil is powered and close when there is no tension.
